We ate breakfast in LA with Delbert Mann, a Vanderbilt Board of Trust member. He made his living directing TV and film, working with the likes of Doris Day, Rock Hudson, and Cary Grant.

Third from left is Gary Hoover, another fellow '97 Owen grad who just happened to be in the area and joined us for the game and for our activities on the 28th. Our host, Adam (in the red hat), and his friend Erin (aka Hurricane) joined us for the Padres' 9-2 loss to the Atlanta Braves. Our ratings for "The Q":
